Training for Employment

The Employment is a multifaceted training program designed to develop and improve skills related to gaining employment while delivering skillful customer service.

The curriculum is structured around three central components: customer service fundamentals, job search essentials, and the necessary personal skills for employment.

The Customer Service curriculum includes: assessment of client needs, product demonstration, conflict resolution, face-to-face, telephone communication with clients, and strategies for customer satisfaction.

The job readiness portion of the course is designed to develop employability skills necessary for employment. This course includes resume and interview preparation, development of soft skills for success on the job, goal setting, and time management.
